At our camps, kids will improve their strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and coordination through game play, skill sessions, workouts, cool downs, and age appropriate yoga and mobility work. They will also learn about nutrition in a fun way that gives them strategies for healthy snacking, plating healthy meals, and mindful eating. Campers will also receive a workout logbook!

Other camp information
Our CrossFit Camps are for kids aged 8 - 12.
Camp days are officially from 9am to 12pm. Before and after care is available 8:30 am to 12:30pm. During these times, kids can make use of our lounge area while supervised by a coach.
Our CrossFit Kids coaches are trained in First Aid/CPR, have their CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Kids Training Certificates, and have completed a criminal background check.
Camps will be limited to 8 campers to ensure social distancing measures are maintained.
